From Rock Bottom to Radiant — This is My Story

Hi, I’m Parish, and I’m here to guide you through a complete life transformation—because I’ve lived one myself.

When I moved to the U.S. at 17, I carried a deep well of trauma, abandonment wounds, and a desperate need to belong. I became a people pleaser, losing myself in toxic relationships, emotional pain, and career dead-ends. My body broke down from the inside out—gut issues, depression, insomnia. When my father passed away from cancer, I hit rock bottom.

I was suicidal, disconnected, and hollow. Nothing helped—not friends, not distractions, not even medications. Until one day… I chose to heal.

One morning, I woke up with an unshakable knowing: there has to be more to life than this. That was the moment everything shifted. My healing journey began not with answers, but with a willingness to go inward—to ask deeper questions, face old wounds, and remember who I really was.

What began was a decade-long soul journey. I explored spiritual healing, therapy, gut health, and sacred plant medicine ceremonies. I reclaimed myself. I transformed everything—my health, mindset, spirit, and purpose.

Now, I help others do the same.

If you’re at a breaking point—or you’ve already broken—know that you can rise. I’m here to walk beside you through the fire and into the light.

Through our work together, we release old patterns, reprogram limiting beliefs, and awaken the clarity and power that already lives within you. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about coming back to the truth of who you are.

“One day, I woke up and realized I couldn’t live this way anymore. That moment saved my life.”

This isn’t about fixing you—because you’re not broken.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain, and becoming who you came here to be.
